Up to my eyeballs in Dust!!!

If you asked my husband about his wife lately, his response would probably be something like this, "I have a wife, I had no idea. I know there's this lady that has been out in the garage late at night working." Umm sir, that would be your wife. Vince, "Oh I had no idea. She doesn't cook anymore and I never get to see her or spend time with her."

Well that would be because I have been up to my eye balls in dust and paint for several weeks now. I have been working extremely hard trying to get some furniture pieces up to purchase. I am so excited. Hopefully I will have something up by the end of this week if the weather cooperates. This heat is killing me.

Classic Design

Okay I know I haven't posted anything about my new company, but I wanted to introduce one of my favorite designers and hopefully it will give you an idea of my style of design.

I have been watching Sarah Richardson since she first appeared on TV in her show "Room Service" and now on HGTV Sarah's Cottage. She and her team have such an eye for classic design with pairing the perfect grouping of fabrics with the most beautiful wall colors and textures. Sarah's philosophy in design is keep it simple yet classic. Always use the purpose of color in an interesting way that catches the viewers' eye and makes sense of the space.

Below are just a few of my favorite spaces that she and her design team have put together.
